The solution is moving from a stage two intranet (self service/semi personalized) to a stage three intranet (collaboration/information sharing). We would like to look at how to include blogs and wikis in the new intranet, and are looking for cases where this has been done in a successful manner. I?m thinking how to include them strategically and tactically from an IA point of view. The organization has thousands of employees around the world, but most of them are located in Europe, and the culture in the organization is rather ?European?.
