Since the Bushies are blaming this on the decision of an unsupervised 
editor a couple of practical (and, perhaps, ethical) lessons are:

1) Point out what you do to your boss in front of witnesses.

2) If you're going to fake images, at least have the courtesy to do a 
god job of it.
